Appointment in advance is needed to make sure your treatments are handled properly by the right specialty of our dentists.

The patients should consider that canceling the appointment without any confirmation (no show) has high implication on other patients seeking the appointment.

Make sure that the contacts (email, phone number, whatsapp, fb messenger) that you provides for making an appointment are reachable.

We will give you a reminder within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, by the contact that you already provided.

We will wait for your confirmation of attendance until 1 PM (Bali Time; UTC +8hours) in the afternoon one day prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you want to cancel and reschedule your appointment, please kindly inform us as soon as possible and no longer than 48 hours (2 working days) in advance so we may allocate your appointment to another patients. This will help us meet our aim of providing our patients with speedy and efficient dental treatments.

If any errands or emergency occurs, Sunset Dental Bali has right to reschedule in a short notice of your appointments to meet our aim in providing treatments for every patient. Please kindly recheck your email or any platform that you use to book appointments regularly and notice the date and time appointments that might have been changed.

If you are on our waiting list, we will contact you at 12 – 2 PM (Bali Time; UTC +8hours) one day prior to your desire schedule if there’s any cancellation.

Sunset Dental Bali has right to delete your scheduled appointments if we didn’t received any responses from you once we offered you appointments availability or reminder. Please be on time on your appointment, we only give you 10 mins late compensation, more than that will be considered as no show and you will need to reschedule.

A booking fee will be needed if you canceled your scheduled appointment more than 2 times.
