flossing is one of the most important parts of maintaining your dental hygiene. Ensure you floss after you brush so that you’re rid of any plaque forming in the gaps between your teeth

4. Eat Healthily

many foods have vitamins and minerals that can actually encourage oral health. whilst various unhealthy foods are acidic and high in sugar, it’s important to know how to balance your diet

5. Visit Your Dentist

make sure you come into our office for check up and cleaning every six months or if you experiencing any pain, and if it’s been a while since your last appointment
